AWT (WATER TREATMENT) LTD was founded by the current Managing Director, Ron Henderson, in 1993 and moved to the present site in October 1998.

We have a small but skilled team of dedicated staff who are all fully trained in the specialised services we provide.

AWT is proud of its record of providing high quality Water Hygiene Services to agreed schedules and numbers amongst its customers Airports, Local Authorities, Health Authorities, Oil Companies, Educational/Research Establishments and Property Management Companies. It provides a high quality service to the local business community.

In support of its status in this chosen field, the Company is a Member of the Legionella Control Association for Service Providers for Legionella Management. Also the Company has been recognised as meeting the National Standard for the Investors in People Award.

The MD is a Water Treatment Scientist, is a Corporate Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and operates to this Organisations code of practice.

An essential requirement of the continuing maintenance and development of the Company’s quality objectives was the installation of a quality system registered to ISO 9001 status. Attainment of ISO 9001:2000 is a further step on the road of continual improvement
